Pennsylvania real estate advertising law requires ads to be accurate, authorized, and properly broker-identified.  No false or misleading claims, no advertising/listing/signs without the owner’s consent, and no discriminatory wording in housing ads. A key rule is that when a salesperson or associate broker places an ad, the employing broker’s business name and telephone number must be included and shown with equal size and prominence. Licensees advertising their own property must also disclose that they are licensed.

All advertisements —including social media ads— must include “Avanti Real Estate Group” and its phone number (570-718-2025)
displayed with equal size and prominence to the agent’s or associate broker’s name and phone number.
