What does "no additional brokerage fees" mean?
Some brokerages add admin, transaction or compliance fees on top of the commission. We don't. The fee you agree to is the only brokerage fee you pay.
Do I still get full service?
Yes. Pricing, marketing, showings, negotiation and closing coordination are all included.
Do I pay anything as a buyer?
Before we tour any homes together, we'll sign a written buyer agency contract. It describes the services we'll provide and our fee, which we negotiate with you. No law or association has set or recommended it. All or part of that fee may be paid by the listing broker or by the seller through concessions negotiated in your agreement of sale. If those don't cover the full amount, you're responsible for the remainder at or before settlement. Either way, we'll never collect more than the fee you agreed to, no matter who pays it, and we'll always represent your interests. There are no additional brokerage fees on top.
